Our Yogic Approach
Our yogic practices are rooted in the time-honoured tradition of Hatha Yoga, emphasizing a holistic understanding of body, breath, and mind. The practice begins with the principles of Yamas and Niyamas, guiding ethical living and self-discipline.
This foundation is complemented by Surya Namaskaras, systematic asana practice, pranayama, and meditation, fostering physical strength, inner balance, mental clarity, and deep self-understanding.
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” — Bhagavad Gita
